From start to finish it’s been a pleasure dealing with highland homestyle. Shaun supported in our design. No pushy sales pitch and warm and friendly. The ladies in the office were fantastic at keeping me updated and the surveyor was fantastic. The gents that fitted my door Michael and Ben were great, professional, friendly and efficient. During installation I mentioned that the finish of the handles and letter box were not the ones I had ordered, called the office and within an hour the surveyor was out and changed these for me! Delighted with the service provided by Highland Homestyle. From the initial survey and measure up by Andy through to the full installation, nothing was too much trouble. We had 24 windows and two doors fitted; one large window in particular was a challenge. Bella kept us updated with the timelines and dates and answered any queries we had. The installation team took a week to fit the windows; they were tidy and professional, just as we expected. A couple of minor issues (not their fault) were dealt with efficiently by Cheryl and Mike, to our complete satisfaction. We will be using them again in the future for a couple of smaller jobs and would recommend them to anyone considering new windows and doors.
